CALL TO ACTION: Congress still has time to pass the bipartisan Voting Rights Advancement Act. This new, flexible, and forward-looking set of protections will repair much of the damage done by the Supreme Court in 2013. Spotlight on Reality Winner
Reality Leigh Winner was the NSA whistleblower who alerted the public to Russian interference in the 2016 election.
She was jailed under the espionage act and sentenced to 63 months in jail for this. Meanwhile, an admitted Russian agent was sentenced to 18 months.
